1. Firmware

Check if the BMS and all connected devices have the latest firmware installed.To do this, click on Updates → Check updates on the Overview. If new updates are available, update all devices to the latest version.

2. Canbus

It is a prerequisite that the CAN bus is properly terminated! Disconnect the BMS from the power supply and use a multimeter to measure the resistance between CAN High and CAN Low at the respective CAN port where something is connected. The resistance must be 120 Ohms. If you measure a different value, adjust the termination resistor using the red jumper on the BMS board and repeat the measurement.
