To configure cell monitoring, go to Battery → Cell Management Unit in the sidebar.

Here you can select the CMU type used in your system and assign communication buses.

Select the type of Cell Management Unit (CMU) you are using.
Available options depend on which CMU types you have unlocked via grnbms.de.

🔓 Each CMU type must be individually unlocked before it can be used.

Depending on the selected CMU, you can assign one or more CAN buses for communication:

• Primary CAN Bus – main interface to communicate with the CMUs
• Secondary CAN Bus(optional) – can be used for additional CMU chains
• Tertiary CAN Bus(optional) – for even more flexibility in large setups

🔓 The Secondary and Tertiary CAN buses require additional unlocks and are only available if purchased.

⚠️ Make sure that each CMU chain uses a separate CAN bus with correct termination and baud rate.
